The Day Chipotle Died...

Well Hello! Let me start by telling you that today was a big day in our lives, we decided to get a little blog of our very own. I know, I know some of you think it is to soon in our relationship as roomies to already have a blog together. But to that I say, Leslie isn't just my roomie, she's my bestie! So here we are bloggers and we are here to stay.
Let's get started, we wanted to share with y'all the event that started this blogging expo, our recent adventure to Chipotle. What could be adventurous about Chipotle you may ask? Well my friends, if you had asked us before tonight, we ourselves would have been singing it's praises and doing our little Chipotle dance. However, on this fateful evening Leslie found a plump juicy piece of raw chicken right there in the bottom of her normally delicious chicken bowl! I know you may not think it's a huge deal, but really?! Maybe it is the fact that I am in my food sanitation class this semester and now know the dangers of raw chicken, but seriously Chipotle?! I expect more from you...you don't serve processed food, you serve free range chicken, you have my favorite blackberry izze's, you were our go to spot, where do we go now that leslie can't stomach you?! Qdoba?! I think not...I would rather eat at Taco Bell...Well that's all for tonight, I have to go make sure my roomie isn't ralphing or worse cluckin' like a chicken. Until next time bloggers.

  1. How privileged I feel to be invited to your blog! You two are my favorite college girls...so funny and full of life :)
I must confess that I have not been to Chipotle, but now I doubt if I ever will; that is really gross! Leslie, I hope you don't get sick. If you do, come over and I will take care of you and be your Mom away from home. You both need to come over anyway and bring your laundry. I just got some new sweet smellin' laundry detergent AND Bounce dryer sheets!! Give me a call, let me know what you want for dinner too- love you guys, Jackie

  2. I too feel slighted by Chipotle. After several weeks of not being able to eat there due to xmas break. So on Janurary 2nd as I arrived back in Springfield I headed to Chipotle to enduldge in a steak bowl with a small drink. As I go to the drink machine to fill up my beverage I see the imposter known as Mr. Pibb. No more Dr. Pepper :( So I settle for Coke and haven't been back since. Yes it's THAT important to me.
