I'm getting married!!

I realize it's been years since my last post. Nope. I'm not being dramatic this time...it's actually been years.

In my time of silence I've traveled the world, started a new job AND fell in love!

That's right world! I found a man who has agreed to choose me everyday for the rest of our lives. I still can't get my mind around it sometimes.  Crazy how life can change so fast!

I moved to Fayetteville in August and fully expected to be here for a year then re-locate to a big city somewhere. Anywhere. Oh how funny those plans seem now because... just one week after moving here I met a man named Tripp Jackson and it changed EVERYTHING. We quickly became friends. I pretended to like soccer and most definitely "got in his way", under the wise counsel of some friends of course. We started volunteering at the same places, going to the same community group and before I knew it he asked me to coffee and my head was spinning.

October 24, 2012 he asked me to be his girlfriend.
April 20, 2013 he asked me to be his wife.
September 6, 2013, we are getting married!!

He's just the biggest blessing. He's the greatest...he's peaceable, he's kind, he's gentle, he's hilarious, he's an amazing provider and a hard worker, he loves the Lord, he loves his family, he loves me (although most days I stand amazed at this fact) he's my best friend and to top it all off he's got some killer baby blues...

So here he is world! Tripp Jackson... He's all mine though so don't go looking at him for too long :)

93 days and I get to be Mrs. Jackson and oh what a happy day that will be!
